The 20-Hectare ecological Can Gelat Estate is situated near the picturesque villages of Selva and Moscari, a short 30-minute drive from Palma and the airport.

Once here, you will find the estate an oasis of privacy where wine is produced with passion and respect. In addition to making-well balanced terroir wines you will also find excellent olive oil, almonds, and delicious homemade marmalade

The estate stretches out to the foot of the Tramuntana,  where the vines are naturally cooled by the fresh mountain breeze, while the rich clay soil is perfect for the growth of the vines.

As part of the Vi de la Terra Mallorca brand (1,840 hectares of producing vineyards and 72 registered wineries), the grapes are cultivated without the use of synthetic pesticides or herbicides so as to preserve soil fertility and vineyard biodiversity.

Producing organic grapes on the steep slopes of Can Gelat involves a lot of hard work and dedication, but the reward is the high quality of the healthy fruit and the longterm sustainability of their vineyards.
