Eva first came to Mallorca in 2015 with a plan to stay three months and learn Spanish. She kept missing planes and four years later is still here living the dream!

As a child cooking and baking fascinated her and she loved spending time in the kitchen learning from her mum and grandma. Later in life she studied hospitality and got the chance to improve her skills.

After years of cooking and baking for family and friends Eva has now turned her passion into a business creating delicious cakes, cookies and even pre-cooked lunches that she delivers to offices in Palma.

Natural ingredients are important factors for Eva as well as using local produce as much as possible and her belief is that although this is not the cheapest way it is the most ethical for the environment and our health
