Richard first started cooking after being promoted during a season in the Alps and then, with a couple of winters under his belt decided to return to the UK where he gained experience at a seafood restaurant and a French brasserie.
After returning to the Alps for a few more seasons he was back in the UK but this time working in Mayfair, London, at Gordon Ramsay at Claridge's.
Super yachts came next and it is easy to see why he calls himself ‘the travelling chef’ having cooked in so many different places around the world.
After too much time at sea Richard found himself in Mallorca where the sun and sea are never far away but his feet remain firmly on the ground. Since arriving on the island he has taught at a cooking school as well as offering his services as a private chef in villas and fincas. He is also available for consultancy work and did we mention he cooks a mean BBQ!!
Richard provides a breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekly catering service and works across the island.
